Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at azureops.org operated by AzureOps.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 3 calendar days of your purchase. PayPal processing fees cannot be refunded as it is a non-refundable service by PayPal.

After the 3 days, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 3 days after their purchase to ensure it fits to their needs.

How to claim a refund?

To avail refund, just send an email to support@azureops.org stating details of the service or product you need a refund for. You can share also the reason you are not satisfied with the service or product. This will help us improvise our service in the future.

We would request you uninstall and delete the copy of the software after the refund is approved.
